Job summary

LabConnect in France is seeking a Project Coordinator to collaborate with Project Managers, internal departments, sites, and sponsors on daily clinical trial study projects and requests.

You will maintain study-specific site lists, support data flow, manage access and communications, generate lab report forms, and assist with study setup tasks while ensuring timely updates to management.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and highly organized.
• Strong communication and task management abilities.
• Experience with clinical trials or lab operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers, labs, sponsors, and sites on study projects.
• Maintain study dashboards, site lists, and data accuracy across systems.
• Process Lab Report Access Forms and manage submissions to QC.
• Support study setup tasks in Salesforce and Replicon.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate to PMs as needed.
