IQVIA Biotech in France, Spain, Portugal & Greece seeks a Senior Site Contracts Associate to support start-up contracting for clinical trials. You will negotiate, draft and review site contracts, budgets and related documents while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient study initiation.

Working remotely across Europe, you will collaborate with sponsors, RSU regions and cross-functional teams to deliver contracting milestones within projected timelines and financial goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or health care with 6+ years in contracts.
• Experience as a contract negotiator for sponsors or CRO contracts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, SOPs and corporate standards.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to interpret pricing models and prepare proposals and budgets.
• Understanding of clinical trial contract management and stakeholder relationships.

Aufgaben

• Develop investigator grant estimates and proposal text to support proposals.
• Maintain contract and budget templates in contracting systems and tools.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions to deliver project scope.
• Provide operational and financial contracting support to enable study initiation and maintenance.
• Assist in creating and reviewing core documents for business development.
• Contribute to contracting intelligence and metrics to support studies and company.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, financial goals, and quality standards.
• Provide administrative support to investigators, analysts, managers and directors.
