SEIDOR in Strasbourg is seeking a ServiceNow Expert specializing in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) to join our tech team. You will configure, maintain and optimize HAM/SAM in ServiceNow, ensure asset lifecycle alignment, and support CMDB integration.

You will work with large IT environments, translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions, and document technical details for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Strong experience with Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro).
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Good knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
• Experience with hardware and software asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience with software licence management, entitlements and reconciliation.
• Experience working in large or complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
