SEIDOR in Strasbourg, France, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Expert – Hardware Asset Management (HAM) & Software Asset Management (SAM) to join our hybrid team. You will configure, maintain and optimise HAM and SAM capabilities within ServiceNow and drive end-to-end asset life cycle management.

Ideal candidates have deep hands-on ServiceNow experience, HAM and SAM expertise, and a proven ability to work in large-scale IT environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow HAM/SAM expertise.
• Experience managing HAM/SAM lifecycle and ITAM.
• Solid CMDB and asset data governance.
• Licensing, entitlements, and reconciliation experience.
• Ability to work in large, complex IT environments.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Eligible for EU security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Configure and optimise HAM and SAM in ServiceNow.
• Manage asset records, licenses, and entitlements.
• Support asset lifecycle and compliance activities.
• Ensure CMDB alignment with Asset Management.
• Analyse data quality and troubleshoot HAM/SAM issues.
• Assist upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Gather requirements and translate to ServiceNow solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

We want you to be part of our team in Strasbourg, France, working in a hybrid model, as a Senior ServiceNow Expert – Hardware Asset Management (HAM) & Software Asset Management (SAM).

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Configure, maintain and optimise ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro) capabilities.
• Support end-to-end hardware and software asset lifecycle management.
• Manage asset records, software models, licences, entitlements and related asset data.
• Support software licence compliance, reconciliation and optimisation activities.
• Ensure proper alignment between Asset Management processes and the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Analyse asset information and improve data quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HAM/SAM-related issues.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements and integrations.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Strong hands-on professional experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Strong experience with Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro).
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Good knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
• Experience managing hardware and software asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience with software licensing, licences, entitlements and reconciliation.
• Experience working in large-scale or complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Eligibility to obtain the required EU security clearance.

THE FOLLOWING WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE

• ServiceNow CIS-HAM certification.
• ServiceNow CIS-SAM certification.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and/or MID Server.
• ITIL certification.
• ServiceNow scripting / JavaScript experience.
• Previous experience in security-sensitive or mission-critical environments.
