GardPass Consulting & Space is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Expert specialized in HAM and SAM to support its Infrastructure Unit in Strasbourg, France. The consultant will configure, optimize and support ServiceNow HAM and SAM capabilities within a complex IT environment.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM, ITAM knowledge, CMDB proficiency and English fluency. On-site work 3–4 days per week is expected, with eligibility to obtain EU security clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
• Experience with hardware and software asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience with software licence management, entitlements and reconciliation.
• Experience in large or complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.

eu‑LISA is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Expert specialised in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) to support its Infrastructure Unit.

The consultant will provide hands‑on expertise in the implementation, configuration, optimisation and support of ServiceNow HAM and SAM capabilities in a complex IT infrastructure environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimise ServiceNow HAM and SAM functionalities.
• Support hardware and software asset lifecycle management.
• Manage asset records, software models, licences, entitlements and related

data.

• Support software licence compliance, reconciliation and optimisation.
• Ensure alignment between Asset Management and CMDB.
• Analyse and improve asset data quality.
• Troubleshoot HAM/SAM-related issues.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements and integrations.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Strong experience with Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro).
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Good knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
• Experience with hardware and software asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience with software licence management, entitlements and reconciliation.

• Experience working in large or complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
