Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in France is seeking an HRIS specialist to partner with global teams, delivering Workday solutions across the EU and LATAM regions. You will optimize HR technology infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.

You will configure Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Reporting, lead payroll and benefits projects, and act as a subject matter expert on Workday while maintaining data security and audit compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HRIS or HR tech experience.
• Proven HR/payroll system implementation track record.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge across modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Workday solutions.
• Lead configuration across Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Reporting.
• Support security, data integrity, and compliance in HR systems.
• Develop training materials and change documentation.
