Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS/Workday Specialist to partner with global teams and optimize HR technology across Latin America and EU regions.

You will help design and deliver Workday solutions that improve user experiences and drive efficient HR operations. You will lead configuration across Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, and Advanced Reporting, and support Benefits, Payroll, and Absence Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in HRIS departments or equivalent HR technology roles
• Proven track record in HR-Payroll system implementations and deployments
• Demonstrated proficiency with Workday HCM platform and its modules
• Advanced skills in data management and analytics with Excel, Power BI and Tableau

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal departments to develop Workday solutions and processes for optimal user experiences and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional Workday configuration across Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management and Advanced Reporting
• Support implementation of Benefits Administration, Payroll Systems and Absence Management
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM, guiding teams and sharing best practices
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues; create workflow rules and data validations
• Ensure system controls meet audit and regulatory standards and maintain data security
• Maintain change documentation and develop training materials; support payroll integration across jurisdictions
