Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager Europe to drive modernization and standardization of payroll operations across Europe.

This role leads end-to-end transformation projects, harmonizes tools, and evolves the payroll operating model across Retail, Logistics, and Corporate functions. You will act as the European Centre of Expertise for Payroll, combining deep technical knowledge with strong project management and coaching to upskill local teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading payroll transformation across multiple European countries.
• Strong project management discipline with governance and KPIs.
• Proven coaching skills to upskill local payroll teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the European payroll transformation roadmap across countries and activities.
• Lead RFPs, vendor onboarding, and T&A integrations with governance.
• Define target operating model aligned with global HR/Finance strategies.
• Drive change management, training programs, and stakeholder alignment.
• Build a consolidated KPI dashboard with country-level data.
