Job summary

Skechers is seeking an HRIS/Workday specialist to partner with global teams in delivering comprehensive Workday solutions for EU and LATAM regions. You will configure Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Performance modules, while supporting Benefits, Payroll, and Absence Management initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HR technology and strong analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. Fluency in English is essential for collaborating across markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Minimum 4 years in HRIS departments or equivalent HR technology roles.
• Proven track record in HR-Payroll system implementations and deployments.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Workday HCM platform and its modules.
• Advanced skills in data management tools including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop Workday solutions and processes for exceptional user experiences and optimize operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional Workday configuration across Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Advanced Reporting.
• Support the strategic implementation of Benefits Administration, Payroll Systems, and Absence Management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM and guide team members; manage integrations with related HR tech.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; develop sophisticated workflow rules and data validations.
• Ensure all controls meet audit and regulatory standards; maintain data security across HR systems.
• Maintain change documentation and training materials; support local payroll integrations across jurisdictions.
