Job summary

You will lead end-to-end transformation projects, harmonize tools, govern T&A interfaces, and develop a scalable European payroll operating model with local teams. This role requires strong project leadership and cross-country collaboration to ensure compliant, timely payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Payroll, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of payroll experience in multi-country Europe.
• Experience leading payroll transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the European payroll transformation roadmap.
• Define the target operating model for European payroll.
• Pilot and manage RFP processes for payroll providers.
• Drive change management with training and adoption plans.
• Provide governance with KPIs and dashboards.
