Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager Europe to lead the modernization of payroll across Europe, driving end-to-end transformations from design to execution.

You will build a unified payroll operating model, standardize processes, manage multi-country programs, coach local teams, and partner with HR, Finance, IT and external vendors to ensure compliant, timely payroll delivery across Retail, Logistics, and Corporate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience, multi-country Europe.
• Experience leading payroll transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of European payroll regulations and compliance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead European payroll transformation roadmap and tool migrations.
• Define target operating model aligned with global HR/Finance.
• Pilot and manage RFP processes for payroll providers and vendor onboarding.
• Drive governance with scope, budgets, milestones and KPIs.
• Deliver change management with training and adoption plans.
• Ensure payroll data quality and timely T&A input.
