Linxens is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to join our global HR team in Paris. The role focuses on HRIS strategy, Workday governance, and digital transformation across regions, with strong emphasis on data quality and stakeholder collaboration.

You will manage Workday and related tools (Mercer, Workelo, ADP, LMS, Cornerstone), drive global initiatives, and support local HR teams with scalable solutions in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience in an international environment.
• Masters or Bachelors in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Workday, Mercer, Workelo, and ADP.
• Solid HRIS modules knowledge, integrations, and system interactions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Autonomous, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement focus.

Responsabilités

• Identify HRIS needs and translate into system requirements.
• Standardize Workday processes and governance for consistency.
• Coordinate global HRIS initiatives with local teams.
• Maintain JIRA run and support for HRIS operations.
• Track AI capabilities in HR Tech and oversee LMS and Cornerstone updates.
