Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI and data-driven transformation for Automotive & Manufacturing customers in Paris. You will partner with Lead and Principal VEs to orchestrate multi-region roadmaps, combining consulting with technical delivery to realize measurable ROI.

This role demands deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder sponsorship, and fluency in English and French. You will shape strategic value, manage programs, and champion platform adoption across complex

Qualifications

5+ years owning complex workstreams and customer relationships in Value Engineering or Consulting.
Strong background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle).
Builder mentality with ability to set direction within an account team.
Proven expertise in process improvements and value realization.
Fluent English and French with executive presence.
Deep understanding of Finance/Supply Chain in Automotive/Manufacturing.
Engineering or technical degree, or business with technical minor.

Responsibilities

Value selling and realization: uncover issues, own outcomes, and craft value narratives.
Stakeholder management: secure executive sponsorship and co-create CoE roadmaps.
Program management: guide multi-region transformations and AI-driven account planning.
Platform and AI fluency: leverage AI tools and partner on deep-dive solution builds.
Scale value and innovation: develop expansion roadmaps and feedback to R&D.
