Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI and data‑driven transformation for Fortune 500 clients in the FSI sector from Paris. You will blend consulting with technical execution, coordinating with leaders to design and deliver value‑oriented roadmaps that achieve measurable ROI.

You will work alongside senior colleagues to orchestrate transformations, leverage AI copilots for rapid outputs, and guide customers through complex adoption paths with a focus on business value realization

Qualifications

5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre‑Sales.
Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). You operate primarily as an AI‑fluent operator, utilizing AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding.

Responsibilities

Value Selling & Realization: Uncover the real issues by peeling back layers of organizational complexity. Own the Outcome from first discovery through realized ROI for your process areas.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate powerful executive sponsorship across core business units to champion transformation programs.
Program Management: Steer Global Transformations across complex workstreams. Own and implement AI‑driven account planning and AI‑assisted project management.
Platform & AI Fluency: Act as an AI‑fluent operator, utilizing AI tools for rapid outputs while partnering with engineers for deep‑dive solution builds.
