Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI-driven transformation across Finance and Supply Chain for global customers. You will blend consulting, program management, and AI fluency to orchestrate complex roadmaps and measurable ROI within multi-region deployments.

Join a team partnering with Sales to ensure the Celonis Platform is deployed for strategic challenges, delivering strong ROI and platform adoption across ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle).
• Fluent in English and French with executive presence.
• Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor.

Responsibilities

• Value selling and realization: own the outcome from discovery to ROI and tell the value story.
• Stakeholder management: secure executive sponsorship and co-own change management.
• Program management: steer global transformations and AI-driven account planning and governance.
• Platform and AI fluency: use AI tools for rapid outputs and drive platform adoption.
• Scale value and innovation: build expansion roadmaps and feed insights to R&D.
