Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI-driven transformation for Automotive & Manufacturing clients. You will blend consulting, project management, and technical execution to deliver end-to-end value using the Celonis Context Model.

You will collaborate with Lead and Principal VEs to orchestrate roadmaps, deploy ROI-focused programs, and drive platform adoption across global accounts in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams and customer relationships in value engineering, consulting, or pre-sales.
• Strong background in enterprise IT and business software with AI copilots for outputs and automations.
• Fluent English and French with executive presence in multinational accounts.
• Proven track record in process improvements and value realization.
• Experience orchestrating multi-region transformations and securing VP/Director sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead value selling and realization from discovery to ROI reporting.
• Manage stakeholders and co-own change management with customer leaders.
• Steer global transformations across complex workstreams and AI-enabled projects.
• Drive platform adoption and coordinate AI-driven solution builds with VE team.
• Develop expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a strategic platform.
