Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI- and data-driven business transformation for Fortune 500 clients within the FSI sector. You will combine consulting, project management, and hands-on execution to orchestrate complex roadmaps and targeted initiatives across ecosystems.

You will work with Lead and Principal VEs to ensure ROI, platform adoption, and strategic expansion while collaborating with Sales and Applied Value Engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning complex workstreams and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software; AI copilots for outputs and automations.
• Built-in ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic change across regions.

Responsibilities

• Uncover real issues and own the outcome from discovery to realized ROI.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and co-own change management with customer leaders.
• Steer global transformations and implement AI-driven account planning and project management.
• Act as AI-fluent operator and champion platform adoption with Celonis tools.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps and provide feedback to R&D on evolving use cases.
