Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to act as a trusted advisor, driving value realization and strategic transformation for customers using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will own the end-to-end value journey, from landing to renewing, in collaboration with sales teams, services, and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in an analytical role to demonstrate or secure value through data analysis and process improvement.
• Knowledge of business software / SaaS (e.g., SAP); experience with dashboards, BI tools, and IT collaboration.
• Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying value measures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame value by translating customer priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases using benchmarks to win new customers.
• Undertake value assessments and communicate roadmaps to C-level executives.
• Facilitate value workshops and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and stakeholders.
