Okta is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager in a hybrid role serving top enterprise customers. You will act as a premier technical advisor, shaping strategy, guiding adoption across Workforce Identity solutions, and collaborating with engineering, product, and support to influence direction.

You will lead executive-level engagements, manage complex escalations, and mentor peers while advancing security postures and platform maturity across large deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience, or 6+ with a Master’s degree.
• 3+ years as TAM, technical consultant, solution architect, or PM.
• 3+ years with IAM or security tech preferred.
• BA/BS/MS in CS/IT or equivalent experience required.
• Okta certifications or CISSP preferred.
