Gravitee is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own a tiered portfolio of enterprise accounts, guiding them from onboarding to production and serving as their technical thought leader post go-live. You will drive quarterly business reviews, architecture guidance, and roadmaps, while spotting expansion opportunities and ensuring long-term retention.

Travel up to 1–2 times per month and communicate across engineering and executive levels.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required to engage with European customers.
• Strong executive communication with engineers and leadership.
• Experience with API security concepts (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SSO) is needed.
• Hands-on scripting or development in Java or Python.
• Experience in startups or scale-ups is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Onboard customers to production in a structured rollout and guide architecture design.
• Manage a tiered portfolio of enterprise accounts and prioritize initiatives.
• Deliver advisory rhythms: QBRs, release briefings, roadmaps to realize ROI.
• Identify expansion signals and protect customer retention across the book.
• Advocate for customers inside Product and Engineering with measurable business impact.
• Contribute to field enablement with reusable assets and demos.
