Okta is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager on the TAM team to guide Auth0 implementations for major brands. You will act as an identity coach, learning customer goals and technical landscapes to drive long-term value and secure posture across identity projects.

You will lead executive meetings, provide strategic guidance, and collaborate with developers and product owners to align roadmaps with customer needs and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total experience in information technology, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Account Manager.
• Experience delivering identity and security-focused customer engagements.
• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating with French-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to influence customer health metrics and adoption across a portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholder personas, from developers to C-level execs.
• Provide timely technical guidance, enablement, and best practices to ensure customer success.
• Act as a product evangelist, educating customers on new features and roadmap alignment.
• Monitor customer health, satisfaction and engagements, addressing risks proactively.
