AI Digital in France seeks an experienced strategist to lead RFI/RFP development and partner with Growth, Planning, and Client Services on strategic opportunities. You will own the narrative, structure, and rationale for major bids and deliver proactive recommendations to support client objectives.

The role requires deep knowledge of digital media, programmatic advertising, audience strategy, and omnichannel planning, plus strong research, analysis, and storytelling skills.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in media, advertising, strategy, planning, programmatic, or related field.
• Ability to independently lead RFP/RFI development and manage complex strategic projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, audience strategy, and omnichannel campaign planning.
• Excellent research, analytical, and storytelling skills, able to translate data into strategic narratives.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, with a high standard for presentation design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Strategy, Planning, Growth, and Client Services.
• Strong fluency with AI tools as part of the strategy workflow, with curiosity around light vibe coding and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Proposal & RFP Leadership: Independently lead RFI/RFP development for major opportunities, owning the narrative, structure, and strategic rationale with autonomy.
• Growth & Client Strategy Partnership: Serve as a key strategic resource for Growth and designated accounts, developing proactive recommendations.
• Industry Research & Thought Leadership: Conduct comprehensive industry, audience, category, and market research to inform decisions and materials.
• Operational Contribution: Help improve strategy workflows, reusable materials, templates, and AI-enabled processes.
• Presentation & Stakeholder Support: Develop and present strategic recommendations for client pitches, QBRs, and priority requests with cross-functional teams.
