AI Digital seeks a senior planning leader to manage a pod of up to 9 specialists, aligning with business goals and pod strategy. You will guide workflow, meet deadlines, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Client Services and MPO while maintaining deep involvement in RFPs and strategic initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in digital media planning, 2+ years of team management, strong DSP or multi-platform planning experience, and excellent English communication skills for pitches

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital media planning.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams (3-5 direct reports).
• Hands-on DSP platform experience or strong multi-platform planning expertise.
• English proficiency: C1-C2; ability to communicate and express a point in verbal and written English easily.
• Proven experience in client-facing pitches and strategy presentations.
• Deep understanding of media infrastructure and execution.
• Demonstrated team leadership and soft skills.
• Advanced presentation and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage a planning stream within a pod (up to 7-8 people, max 9), ensuring alignment with business goals and pod-level strategy
• Ensure team effectiveness, workflow quality, and adherence to deadlines
• Maintain deep involvement across all RFPs/RFIs handled by the team
• Oversee task distribution, prioritization, and workload balancing
• Manage handoffs and collaboration with Client Services and MPO
• Lead hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new team members
• Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
• Identify and escalation team capacity or performance risks
