Job summary

Creative Dock Group seeks an AI-Native Growth & Operations Lead to build and run the AI-driven growth engine for a high-potential venture in the French market. You will design how the venture reaches, converts, and retains consumers with a lean, automated business from day one, working with the General Manager in a fast-paced, build-operate-transfer environment.

Qualifications

• Proven consumer growth experience across DTC, subscription, e‑commerce or regulated scale‑ups.
• Hands‑on AI capabilities—able to build growth tools and AI‑native workflows.
• Strong data mindset with rapid experimentation and measurement of business impact.
• Ability to evaluate build vs. buy vs. outsource and design lean automated workflows.
• High ownership, comfort with speed in a small team.
• Fluency in English; French considered a strong plus.
• Location: remote-friendly with regular presence in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Engine End‑to‑End: lead acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and demand generation built AI‑native from day one.
• Design and rapidly test AI growth experiments and scale successful tests.
• Build loyalty, subscription & CRM systems in collaboration with the tech team.
• Set up data & tooling: customer data platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI agents.
• Design lean operations, deciding what to automate, outsource or centralize.
• Drive rapid tool iteration and evolve the operating model beyond traditional cycles.
• Document models, processes and playbooks for scale.
