Job summary

Keysight, through its Eggplant Software division, seeks a Senior Solution Engineer to lead the technical sales cycle for enterprise customers evaluating and deploying the Eggplant Software Suite. You will drive discovery, solution design, and architecture planning across cloud, network, and security domains.

You will own demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical closure in collaboration with account executives, aligning solutions with customer ROI and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Experience working with complex enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including network, cloud, security, integration, and governance.
• Practical knowledge of software testing and test automation.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, and enterprise deployment models.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technical discovery, solution design, and architecture planning across cloud, network, security, integration, and governance.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, technical proposals, and proofs of concept that demonstrate business value and ROI.
• Own technical qualification and closure in partnership with account executives.
• Build trusted relationships with customer, partner, and internal stakeholders.
• Advise customers on test automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.
• Position AI and LLM capabilities, addressing value, limitations, security, and governance.
• Share customer insights with Product and Engineering, support partners, and represent Keysight at industry events.
