Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to blend technical expertise with business acumen, supporting the sales cycle from discovery through delivery. You will identify customer pain points, translate them into tailored, value-driven solutions, and bridge business needs with technical implementation.

You will lead end-to-end presales, craft compelling value propositions, and deliver high-level demos to showcase business impact across on-prem, hybrid and cloud deployments of the UiPath

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect roles.
• Strong balance of technical, business and sales acumen.
• Excellent communication, discovery and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with process discovery, mining, orchestration, and automation, including AI/LLMs.
• Knowledge of UiPath platform is a plus.
• Willing to travel and bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions.
• Perform tailored demos demonstrating business value for clients.
• Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during sales.
• Address client concerns around technical capabilities, security, and architecture.
• Develop solution architectures for on-prem, hybrid, and cloud UiPath implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to promote offerings.
