Kleio is seeking a Solutions Manager to be the linchpin between Kleio and our enterprise clients, owning the full lifecycle of AI solution delivery.

You’ll lead end-to-end implementations, translate technical features into business value, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales, and drive measurable ROI through adoption, renewals and expansion. Hybrid work model with a fast-growing team building a pioneering Knowledge Engine and AI agents for enterprise clients.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer success roles with a proven ability to translate complex software into business outcomes.
• Enterprise client management experience with B2B relationships and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong grasp of APIs, AI fundamentals, SaaS/cloud infrastructure, and data workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to educate both technical and business audiences.
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales and Engineering.

• Business Impact Translation: Translate technical features into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Technical Coordination Excellence: Manage dependencies and data flows across CRMs, ERPs, and internal systems.
• Go-Live Readiness Champion: Lead cross-functional readiness checks and enablement sessions.
• Customer Success Orchestration: Build trust and drive adoption across layered organizations.
• Scale & Renewal Strategy: Design ROI-focused success plans and drive renewals and expansion.
