• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Be open to various and complex assignments, requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership
• First-class written and oral communication skills for remote teams and worldwide customers
• Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions
• Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
• Fluent in Arabic
• Must be located in France

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities with knowledge and credibility
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competition
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles and enablement material
