Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer in France to partner with the Sales team and own technical engagements with customers. You will deliver product demonstrations, evaluate customer requirements, and translate them into Grafana Labs solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

The role emphasizes strong communication, technical credibility, and the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment. Open to complex, high-impact opportunities with RSU-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across remote teams and customers.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into Grafana Labs solutions.
• Wamiliar with Grafana or related observability tooling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through knowledge and credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback and competitive insights.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Help create enablement content (docs/blogs/videos) for public or internal use.
