GitLab is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Southern Europe team with a focus on France. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding prospects and customers through GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform across the software lifecycle.

Remote in France, ideally Paris or Lille, you will own technical evaluations, shape architectures, design workshops, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive adoption and revenue while representing the voice of the customer to Product teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of modern DevSecOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable CI/CD platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations, run workshops, and contribute to tenders or audits.
• Clear technical communication for diverse audiences.
• Remote-based role in France, ideally living in Paris region or Lille; fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation across the full lifecycle.
• Own the technical evaluation process including solution design, POV ownership, and workshops.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams to shape account strategies.
• Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders to enable GitLab adoption.
• Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management and Engineering.
• Develop reusable technical collateral and enable partners.
• Invest in your own growth through learning and mentorship.
