You will partner with Sales Executives to uncover opportunities, understand client needs, and articulate how Medallia’s Experience Cloud delivers measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role or sales organization.
• Previous experience in software/technology environment.
• Preferred: Pre-Sales or Post-Sales support experience in a software/IT environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Sales team to shape the Stakeholder Experience vision for prospects and clients.
• Build trusted solutions adviser relationships with key partners and clients.
• Create compelling written proposals with Medallia Shared Services and RFP templates.
• Conduct Customer Discovery to identify current circumstances and business value needs.
• Present product capabilities through in-person and remote demonstrations.
• Propose CEM solutions using our Best Practice Platform framework.
