Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our remote, globally distributed team. You will partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value, own technical engagements, and deliver compelling product demonstrations to customers.

You will collaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams, translating customer needs into scalable Grafana solutions while contributing to enablement content and best practices. This role is based in France with a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and worldwide customers.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Must be located in France.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through knowledge and credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate feedback on products and the competitive landscape to internal teams.
• Drive product conversations based on customer need and problems.
• Contribute to enablement content such as documentation, blogs and knowledge base articles.
