Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in France to join our global remote team. You will partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value, own the technical engagements, and help close complex opportunities using deep product and technical knowledge.
You will deliver compelling product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and translate customer needs into practical solutions leveraging Grafana Labs technology.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
- Must be located in France.
Responsabilités
- Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.
- Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge and credibility.
- Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on our products and the competitive landscape.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
- Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create enablement material.
