Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge customers, sales and engineering. You will own the technical engagement, deliver product demos, and drive complex opportunities with deep product knowledge and competitive insight.

You will collaborate with global remote teams, craft enablement content, and help shape Grafana’s messaging. Fluency in Arabic and residence in France are required as part of our remote-first, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
First-class written and oral communication for remote teams and customers.
Fluent in Arabic.
Must be located in France.

Responsabilités

Partnering with our Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
Owning the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill and credibility
Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on our products and the competitive landscape
Driving product conversations based on need and problems with customers
Working with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles and create other public or private enablement material
