Aera Technology is seeking a Principal Solution Engineer to drive pre-sales for our AI-driven Decision Cloud platform. You will lead live demos, map customer needs to our Decision Intelligence library, and guide ROIs and business cases for enterprise prospects.

Based in the Paris area, you will travel up to 25% and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success to craft tailored demos and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience with 3+ years in a pre-sales role for an enterprise software firm
• Supply Chain Operations Management exp i.e., Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory Management etc.
• Experience in Data Science / Machine Learning a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Well versed in process manufacturing and CPG, Chemicals, Pharma, F&B etc.
• Experience with value engineering and business case development
• Experience writing proposals and SOWs
• Ability to travel~25% of the time

Responsabilités

• Effectively articulate the value and differentiators of Aera’s Decision Intelligence platform in client meetings and discussions.
• Conduct standard and customized live demos within Aera’s demo environment, tailored to each prospect’s business challenges.
• Learn to build Decision Intelligence Skills within the Aera Workspace to design innovative demos and showcase capabilities.
• Develop understanding of Aera’s library of Decision Intelligence Skills to inspire customers.
• Drive proof of concept (POC), proof of value (POV) and skill-building workshops
• Facilitate or support benefit assessments, ROI analyses, and business case development.
• Contribute to proposal development, RFx responses, and solution documentation with sales and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Customer Success to define deployment roadmaps.
• Lead discovery sessions, design thinking workshops, and executive presentations.
• Use consultative storytelling to convey business value and transformative potential.
