Qualifications

• Engineering degree and knowledge of CAD/CAE workflows.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in client-facing roles (pre-sales, consulting, or engineering).

Responsabilités

• Position Neural Concept as a strategic partner and trusted advisor across engineering teams.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify high-impact, feasible use cases.
• Define the AI strategy and technical roadmap for each account.
• Deliver client-tailored demos aligned with engineering workflows.
• Co-own the Statement of Work with deep understanding of technical blocks.
• Prepare and run Steering Committees with strategic outcomes.
• Drive user adoption across technical users and designers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and shape them into proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering for smooth handoffs.
