Job summary

Photoroom is seeking an SMB Go-To-Market Lead in Paris to own merchant acquisition and revenue for established eCommerce brands. You will build B2B channels, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and hands-on run major initiatives while leading 2 GTM managers.

You bring 8+ years in eCommerce marketing, a proven merchant acquisition track record, and a data-driven, AI‑savvy approach. English fluency is required as all work is conducted in English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM, PMM, or marketing in the eCommerce industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring eCommerce merchants at scale (€500K+ GMV).
• Proven in B2B channels (outbound, partnerships, events, LinkedIn).
• Strong creative background with viral campaigns or reference work.
• Player-coach who still ships; some management experience likely.
• Data-driven with tracking/attribution and actionable insights.
• Fluent in modern AI tools used daily in marketing.
• Autonomous with proactive transparency in planning and updates.
• Fluent English; all work conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Own SMB merchant acquisition and revenue and report monthly on CAC and payback by channel.
• Build and scale outbound, partnerships, events, and LinkedIn programs for €500K+ GMV brands.
• Create, brief, and ship launch and brand campaigns that resonate across communities.
• Remain hands-on by running at least one major campaign or channel bet each quarter.
• Lead and grow a team of 2 GTM managers with clear goals and weekly coaching.
• Be the voice of the merchant for positioning, messaging, and product input.
• Coordinate campaigns across Marketing: Paid UA, PR, SEO/GEO for integrated impact.
• Measure and optimize from first touch to paid merchant; cut underperforming channels.
