IFF Grasse is seeking a (Senior) Scientist - Analytical Sciences to advance development and characterization of natural ingredients within R&D Naturals. You will lead analytical workstreams, interpret complex datasets from GC, GC-MS, LC and LC-MS, and mentor colleagues.

The role combines scientific leadership with hands-on experimental work, applying untargeted profiling, chemometrics and multivariate data analysis to translate findings into actionable insights that support project decisions.

Working closely with R&D Program and Project Leaders, the Analytical Laboratory Technical Manager, and Analytical Project Managers, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques and data-driven approaches to generate actionable insights and strengthen our analytical capabilities. The role is based in **Grasse, France**.
