IFF France is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to lead clinical evaluation and claim substantiation for natural cosmetic active ingredients, with a focus on skincare and haircare.

You will design and implement clinical, preclinical, and mechanistic studies, manage CROs, coordinate international projects, and collaborate with internal and external partners to generate robust evidence that supports differentiated consumer benefits. Join a multicultural team of 50+ scientists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 8 to 15 years of cosmetic clinical development and claim substantiation experience.
• Proven expertise in skincare and/or haircare efficacy evaluation.
• Experience managing CROs and coordinating international clinical studies.
• Ability to drive projects from conception to completion with independence.
• Strong understanding of clinical and preclinical methodologies for cosmetic claims.
• Excellent French and English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
