International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) seeks a Senior Clinical Scientist to lead clinical evaluation and claim substantiation for natural cosmetic actives in skincare and haircare.

You will design and implement clinical, preclinical, and mechanistic studies, manage CROs and external partners, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance across an international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in cosmetic clinical development and claim substantiation.
• Experience in skincare and/or haircare efficacy evaluation.
• Experience managing CROs and coordinating clinical studies internationally.
• Ability to lead projects from conception to completion and work independently.
