Mimecast France SARL is expanding its Sales Engineering team in France, seeking a Senior Sales Engineer based in Paris. You will own technical strategy across multi-product, enterprise opportunities, lead POV engagements, and mentor junior SEs while partnering with channel and distribution partners.

You will deliver executive-level demos, collaborate with AEs to align solutions with customer outcomes, and contribute to field marketing initiatives. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales engineering experience in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Proven ability to enable and sell through channel partners.
• Hands-on knowledge across data protection and insider risk, email security.
• Experience with large enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Lead POV engagements and drive successful technical close.
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
• Willingness to travel for partner enablement and customer meetings.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical strategy for complex, multi-product enterprise opportunities.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and demos to IT, security, and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Executives to build deal strategy and align solutions with outcomes.
• Lead and scope POV engagements against defined success criteria.
• Mentor junior Sales Engineers on technical depth and deal strategy.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with accuracy and commercial awareness.
• Enable channel and distribution partners through joint selling and enablement content.
• Maintain timely opportunity notes in Salesforce and contribute to field marketing.
