Mimecast in France seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive technical strategy for enterprise opportunities and lead proof-of-value engagements with IT and security stakeholders in the Paris area.

You will collaborate with account teams and partners, mentor junior SEs, and enable channel-based selling while maintaining accurate Salesforce records and contributing to field marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling and selling through channel partners.
• Proven ability to lead complex POV engagements.
• Fluent in French and English; strong written and oral communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical strategy for multi-product enterprise opportunities from discovery to close.
• Deliver executive-level presentations to IT, security, and business stakeholders.
• Partner with AEs/AMs to build deal strategy and align solutions with outcomes.
• Lead POV engagements with defined success criteria and scalable deployments.
• Mentor junior Sales Engineers on technical depth and deal strategy.
