Rubrik, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to provide technical direction and business guidance to the France sales team. You will be responsible for evangelizing and architecting Rubrik's Data Resilience tools to enterprise and mid-market customers across France.

You will own discovery, demos, and technical validation, working closely with account teams and partners to drive regional revenue goals. The role requires fluent French and strong business English, with a hands-on approach to

Qualifications

Solid sales engineering experience in software or data center environments.
Fluent French and business English; customer-facing in the French market.
Strong hands-on, can-do attitude with high energy.
Broad knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.

Responsabilités

Provide technical leadership to customers and internal staff in pre-sales activities in the assigned market.
Own discovery, demos, and technical validation (POC or equivalent) largely independently.
Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Rubrik's products and platform across on-prem, cloud, SaaS, identity, and AI-driven requirements.
Propose solutions that meet customer technology and business requirements.
