Spiko is hiring a Risk Manager in Paris to design and operate our risk framework as we scale across Europe. You’ll map, monitor, and mitigate risks spanning market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, compliance, and tech areas, shaping controls and governance with cross-functional teams.

You’ll join a regulated fintech at the frontier of on-chain infrastructure, reporting to the Head of Finance and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Product and Tech.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of professional experience in risk or audit within finance
• Strong regulatory knowledge of MiFID, AML/CFT and related frameworks
• Solid analytical rigor and ability to structure novel topics in a regulated fintech
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-moving environments

Responsabilités

• Map and monitor risks across market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, compliance and tech domains
• Strengthen governance and design the internal control framework
• Develop risk policies and processes with each team and coordinate data for controls
• Lead collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product and Tech; engage external consultants as needed
• Support regulatory filings and interactions with partners and regulators
