Qualifications

• Approximately seven years of experience in credit risk, lending, portfolio management, or related analytics.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services with lending exposure.
• Strong ability to evaluate high-value merchant facilities at scale using data-driven methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to translate quantitative findings into practical business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credit portfolio performance and profitability by cohort and key metrics.
• Underwrite high-value credit facilities starting at USD 100,000–200,000 and above.
• Define and track risk metrics related to losses, yield, profitability, and quality.
• Conduct hands-on portfolio data analysis using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and translate insights for stakeholders.
• Automate portfolio monitoring processes to improve efficiency and visibility.
