Spiko is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to own groundwork for growth, manag­ing MiFID/MiCA license applications, and supervise regulator relationships. You’ll report to the Head of Legal & Compliance as an early legal team member.

Role covers cross-border distribution, regulatory compliance, and ad hoc projects with multiple EU jurisdictions. French native, English proficient, law-focused background preferred.

Qualifications

• Academic background in law or business school with focus on banking/financial law.
• 4+ years in legal/compliance for fintech or financial regulation.
• Experience engaging with regulators in France/EU.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsabilités

• Lead license applications (MiFID/MiCA) and liaise with regulators.
• Coordinate cross-border distribution and passporting within EU.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and draft/update procedures.
• Support Head of Legal on ad hoc projects.
