Job summary

Ledger is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Earn to define and grow Ledger Live’s Earn roadmap, spanning staking and yield products. You will own end-to-end delivery, work with engineering and design to ship features on app and device, and use analytics to guide prioritization.

You’ll partner with yield and staking partners, negotiate rev-share terms, and ensure regulatory compliance across crypto offerings while communicating clearly with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Define vision and roadmap for Earn, translate into prioritized quarterly plan.
• Lead initiatives from discovery to launch and iterate with engineering, design, and embedded software.
• Use analytics (Mixpanel) to understand user behavior and prioritize the roadmap.
• Negotiate rev-share terms with yield/staking partners and evaluate new integrations.
• Coordinate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.
• Deliver decision-ready docs (roadmaps, visions, dashboards) to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Earn scope roadmap and strategy.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery to deployment.
• Analyze user funnels to identify drop-offs and inform prioritization.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand earning capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around goals.
• Create concise, leadership-ready documentation and dashboards.
