Ledger, a global leader in digital assets, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Earn to own a core value pillar of Ledger Live. You will define the roadmap for Earn, spanning staking, stable yield savings, and partner-powered yield products, turning security into recurring value for users and the business.

You will lead cross-functional teams, work with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, and produce decision-ready docs that inform leadership, while maintaining user trust and platform

Qualifications

• Define the vision and drive the roadmap for the Earn scope.
• Write PRDs, define success metrics, and partner with engineering, design, and embedded software to ship features.

Responsabilités

• Define the Earn vision and roadmap, translate into a prioritized quarterly plan balancing yield opportunities, scalability and trust.
• Own initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration across app and device.
• Use analytics to understand user behavior and prioritise the roadmap based on data.
• Partner with yield and staking partners, negotiate rev-share terms, evaluate new integrations.
