Job summary

Ledger seeks a Senior Affiliate Manager to drive market growth by recruiting affiliates, showcasing product benefits, and building strong partnerships. You will own revenue targets, create growth plans, and negotiate strategic collaborations with Tier 1 partners in fintech and crypto.

You will also lead deal closing, event representation at Token2049 and Paris Blockchain Week, and contribute to commercial strategy with profitability modeling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Business Development.
• Proven ability to close commission-based deals and defend margin.
• Senior experience managing a high-revenue partner portfolio with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is an advantage.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for partner portfolio and report weekly.
• Build growth plans for top partners and convert transactional relationships into strategic alliances.
• Drive participation in Ledger's global calendar for promotions and launches.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Represent Ledger at industry conferences to source and close new partners.
• Develop tailored Business Plans and validate them through finance.
