Nabla, the leading AI assistant for clinicians, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Dictation squad. You will shape strategy, align ML, product, design, and customer success, and drive adoption across health systems. This role combines ML, UX, and operations to deliver concrete clinician value.

You will spend time with users, visit client sites, and translate feedback into a product that reduces friction and saves time for busy clinicians. Paris-based with US travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience working closely with ML teams on products where model quality drives value.
• Strong user empathy and ability to dive into user workflows to remove friction.
• Excellent product judgment and UX sensibility to identify high-value problems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with frontend, backend, and ML engineers.
• Strong analytical skills with both qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Clear, structured communication to explain trade-offs to diverse audiences.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with high ownership.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Nabla Dictation product and drive adoption.
• Lead user-centric discovery through interviews, feedback, and observation.
• Collaborate daily with ML, backend, and frontend engineers to balance quality, latency, and cost.
• Partner with Design to make advanced tech feel simple and reliable.
• Support deployment with enterprise health systems and stakeholders.
• Define success metrics from model performance to adoption and support burden.
• Prioritize high-impact work and clearly explain trade-offs.
